Oct 28, 2009 - Dr. Humber is the best plastic surgeon in the San Diego area. I had breast reduction done by him in 1988. I have since moved to northern California, but when I go in to get my mammograms, the x-ray technicians comment that it is the best breast reduction job they have ever seen.
